How do I create and manage an API key?

An API key is used for connections between systems. Give the key a name that will make its purpose clear later.

1. Open API Keys under integrations.
2. Select Create API Key.
3. Enter a name and, if needed, an Expiry date.
4. Save and open the key's details.
5. Use Show/hide values when you need the Token, User ID and Subdomain to configure the agreed connection.

Reset token changes the key. Update the new key in the integration that uses it and check the connection afterwards. A connection using the old value will not keep working merely because the key was changed in Spotilla.

Set as expired disables the key. Use it when the connection is no longer needed or the key must be invalidated. First check which connection it serves.

Share key details only with the administrator of that integration, using the agreed method. You do not need to create a mobile user account instead of using this form.
