How do I configure a contract’s maintenance targets and recurring tasks?

Select the devices, or Spots, covered by the maintenance. Task settings determine when contract tasks are created.

1. Open the contract and enable Create tasks related to contract.
2. Add a task setting and select its Spots.
3. Enter the task name, form and other choices required to perform the work.
4. Set the first creation date, recurrence and allowed months.
5. Check Task lead time, weekday handling and Task duration.
6. Review Upcoming creation dates and save only when the schedule matches the contract.

Select allowed months deliberately: an empty selection does not automatically mean all months. The duration setting determines the due date, so check it too.

Stop creating tasks stops future task creation for that setting. Existing tasks and other task settings on the contract are handled separately. Check them if the entire maintenance contract changes.
