Planning the future of maintenance
Duration: 1 day. Price: €1,100.00 (VAT 0%).
This training is suitable when you want to clarify how your maintenance operations should work in the future. The starting point is understanding your current situation: where you are now and what you want to achieve.
The training outlines the desired future state for preventive and corrective maintenance, product, spare parts and inventory management, maintenance costs, quality management and reporting. It also clarifies your development objectives.
You will receive a PowerPoint presentation describing the objectives, priorities, responsibilities and schedule. It helps you understand the gap between your current situation and your desired future state, and identify which areas to develop first.

Documenting maintenance processes
Duration: 1 day. Price: €1,100.00 (VAT 0%).
This training turns your desired future state into detailed descriptions of how your core maintenance processes work. It assumes that you have an idea of your desired future state. If your direction is still unclear, planning the future of maintenance helps you define it first.
The training includes creating process flowcharts and written descriptions, describing the information flowing through the processes and the systems used, and identifying measures of process success.
You will receive process descriptions that you can use for communication and training within your organization. You will also gain an understanding of how to make changes, and in what order, to achieve the way of working described.

Turnkey maintenance plan creation
Price: approximately €500–2,500 (VAT 0%), depending on the number of devices and the scope.
This service is suitable when you need a maintenance plan in Spotilla but do not have time to create it. Spotilla Helpdesk provides an initial information questionnaire. Your answers are used to determine which assets the maintenance plan will cover and what additional information is needed.
Helpdesk creates a complete maintenance plan in Spotilla for the agreed devices, using the system’s features and best practices. The plan is based on the devices’ general maintenance needs and is refined using the additional information you provide.
As a result, the agreed devices will have a maintenance plan in the system. You can customize and edit it later with the necessary permissions. After delivery, check that the plan covers the agreed devices and matches the initial information you provided.
