Check general notifications in the app's notification view and device-specific notifications under the Spot. Visibility depends on timing and audience.
- Open Notifications in the mobile app.
- Select a notification.
- Read its heading, description and dates.
- If it concerns a device, also open that Spot's details and notifications.
A push notification arriving on your phone and a notification read inside the app are different views. If no push arrived, check the app's notifications and your settings.
If an expected notification is missing, check the organisation and Spot. Ask your administrator to check its visibility period and roles. Expired notifications or those for another role may not appear in your list.
Follow the notification's instructions. Opening it alone does not complete work or mark a separate task done.
