How do I update price list prices and check their history?

Open the price list and Products. First decide whether to change prices only for selected products or for the entire price list.

1. Select the required products.
2. Open Update price-list based prices for products.
3. Choose the pricing method, such as Selling-price based discount or the applicable margin.
4. Enter the percentage and check what it means for the selected calculation method.
5. Select Update Selected or Update All as appropriate.
6. Check the updated prices in the table.

Percentages must be within the allowed range of 0–100. A profit-based margin and a selling-price based margin can produce different prices with the same percentage, so check the calculation method before confirming.

History shows changes recorded for the price list. Use it to find when a price changed and view earlier details.

Changing a price list and changing an invoice that has already been created are separate actions. Check the price used by the contract or job and any price guarantee separately.

To remove a product from the price list, check the selected rows before removing them. Removing a price list link is different from deleting the product from the product register.
