An email about a public service request or a message from its handler may contain a link to the request's reply page. Use that request's own link so additional information is attached to the correct case.
- Open the reply link in the email.
- Check the service request's title, description and displayed status.
- Read the earlier discussion and attachments.
- Open the action for sending a new message, write your reply and add an attachment if needed.
- Send the message and wait for confirmation.
The reply page shows only this discussion. It does not let you browse all the organisation's service requests. Keep the link for your own follow-up.
The handler's email and the message on the reply page may contain different information. If the email directs you to the reply page, open the link to see the actual message and attachments there too.
The reply page is unavailable once the request is completed, cancelled or forwarded. An invalid link may also prevent access. In that case, contact the handler and explain which case the additional information concerns.
Sending a reply adds information to the discussion. It does not mark the described maintenance as done or close the request.
