Open Service requests in the browser. The list shows the requests you have permission to access; you may not have access to all requests in your organization.

  1. Filter the list by, for example, type of service request, status or Spot.
  2. Find the request by its title or other visible identifying information.
  3. Open the request and check the description, submitter and device, i.e. the Spot.
  4. Select Responsible workers if you have permission to assign responsibility.
  5. Update Status to reflect the actual progress of the work. Select Save to continue handling the request in the same window, or Save and close to close the window after saving.

You can change how folders are sorted using the arrow menu in the Folder column header. Full folder path sorts requests by their folder path, starting from the root folder. Folder name only sorts them using the folder's own name.

When looking for service requests awaiting signatures in the browser, use the column selector to display the signature columns. They are hidden by default.

  • Signatures required from: enter the signer's name or part of it in the column's search field. For incomplete requests, the search finds those that require that person's signature. For completed requests, the search looks at signatures already provided.
  • Signatures missing from: enter your own name or another signer's name in the search field to find requests that are still missing that person's signature. Completed requests are excluded from these search results.

If there are several signers, the column may display Multiple signatories. You can still search by an individual signer's name. Open the request and check the Signatures tab for more details. The list may also display No required signatures or All signed.

If a request is waiting for additional information, for example, use the On hold status according to your company's procedures and select The reason for the on hold status.

The type of service request determines who can see and handle the request. Separate role settings control the visibility of open requests and requests with the On hold status in the mobile app. A request visible in the browser may therefore not be visible to all mobile users.

If you cannot find a request, remove unnecessary filters and check the status. If the option to select or edit Responsible workers is missing, ask your administrator to check the roles for the type of service request and your permissions. Do not create a new request for the same issue simply because the original is not visible with the current filters.
