First open the correct device, or Spot, or other item. A view-specific AI function uses the input selected there.
- Open the available AI function and choose the purpose.
- Check the selected Spot and other requested information.
- Add instructions describing the task and start generating content.
- Select Review content and read the suggestion.
- Edit as needed or use Recreate content.
- Accept only once the content suits that device and job.
When offered task template creation, check Task template name, Task name, description and recurrence. Select Create Task template only after reviewing them.
An AI-generated maintenance programme is a suggestion. Compare it with the manufacturer's instructions and your organisation's maintenance practices. Recurrence and work steps in particular must suit the actual device.
A conversation response and a saved template are different stages. Finally check that the intended template or information was actually saved.
