An administrator determines whether HuoltoJaska is enabled and whether manager users may use it. Read the terms shown on the form before accepting.
- Open AI settings in service settings.
- Open and read Terms and conditions.
- Select Agree to terms and conditions if the organisation will enable the feature.
- Select AI feature enabled for Local Admins and, if needed, AI feature enabled for manager users to use.
- Save and check availability for the user.
The organisation's AI allowance also limits usage. Check the remaining amount in service licence details. Refreshing the page does not increase an exhausted allowance.
If a user receives an activation or terms message, check organisation settings first. If access remains blocked despite those settings, discuss availability with your Spotilla contact.
Available AI functions vary by view. One missing function alone does not mean the entire AI service is disabled.
