A reservation site groups reservations and products for a location such as a worksite. Give it a name that users can distinguish from other sites in use at the same time.

  1. Open reservation sites and create a site or open an existing one.
  2. Enter the name, contact details and address as needed.
  3. Check the site's availability and Calculate Only Weekdays.
  4. Save and use the site for its reservations and product transfers.
  5. Check the quantities transferred to and returned from the site in its product information.

When products are returned, record a warehouse return for the correct product and quantity. Also select the receiving warehouse slot. After a partial return, check what remains at the site.

The site's Calculate Only Weekdays setting affects cost calculation and overrides the corresponding Spot or product setting. Check this if the site's costs do not match the expected number of calendar days.

Before you finish using the site, check open reservations and products that have not been returned. Updating the site details alone does not take care of these.
