The latest events feed brings together recent changes to information visible to you. Use it to check work progress on Android and iOS.
- Open the mobile app's browsing view.
- Open Latest events feed.
- Check who made the change, the affected item, the event description and time.
- Scroll down to see more events.
- Open the actual task, service request or message in its own view when you need its current status.
The feed does not automatically include every change in the organisation. Visibility depends on permissions, and the information available to a regular mobile user is limited to recent activity.
If an expected event is missing, first check the organisation and your access to the actual item. Browser change history and integration logs are separate investigation views.
Reading the feed does not change a task's status or complete a service request. Use the item's own actions for any processing.
